At first, the inspiration for the name RiseFromTheS was intended to motivate young people from Sainte-Foy to believe in their potential and to strive for excellence in their sports. However, the brand is not limited to sport and the young people of Sainte-Foy. The goal of our project is to send a message of hope and encouragement to girls and boys from here and elsewhere, in everything they do. We encourage self-improvement and self-confidence in all people aiming to achieve their personal goals
